Unlimited material flow: The bridge between indoor and outdoor
The INDUROS is more than just a transport robot. It is the answer to logistical disruptions in modern industrial areas. Conventional AGVs fail when faced with door thresholds, potholes, rain or ageing hall floors. INDUROS, on the other hand, connects warehouses, production and goods dispatch across all barriers. Thanks to its unique navigation system, it moves smoothly from narrow indoor corridors to spacious outdoor areas. It masters gradients of up to 10%, overcomes thresholds and manoeuvres safely on uneven asphalt or gravel in all weather conditions. This enables true end-to-end automation of material flow for the first time, without the need for manual transfer at the hall door.
Built for the elements: robustness meets precision
While other robots have to stand still in bad weather, the INDUROS' working day is just getting started. Designed to industry standards and protected against the elements (IP65), the fleet operates reliably in rain, snow, heat or cold. The special AI-based Innok Hybrid Navigation ensures that the robot can be precisely located even where GPS is obscured by buildings or laser scanners cannot find their bearings in open terrain. This combination of physical robustness and navigational intelligence makes INDUROS the world's leading solution for existing factories (‘brownfield’) where the laboratory environment is not perfect.

Our latest INDUROS Whitepapers
Automation is not just the future – it is the solution to current economic challenges.
But how much potential do autonomous transport robots really have? Our exclusive white papers show you how Innok customers such as Rigdon have revolutionised their processes by using the INDUROS transport robot and saved €120,000 or more per year per robot – without expensive conversions to existing buildings or complex IT integrations!
And at ZwickRoell, the INDUROS achieves 99.9% availability over a period of four years in tough outdoor use, which secures important internal processes in spare parts supply.
Very short amortization times
The Innok COCKPIT® AI autonomy software developed by Innok Robotics and used in all mobile robots is easy to use and enables individual routes to be recorded and defined. It can be used efficiently by the user themselves after a short training period.
The INDUROS is a proven, reliable autonomous system. Depending on the shift model, very short amortization times are achieved (in three-shift operation and forklift trucks as a manual solution: 1 to 2 years max.). External markings or installations are not required for the INDUROS.
More safety on the factory premises
The all-electric drive technology (Power Li battery, up to 4 electric motors per vehicle) achieves zero CO₂ emissions locally, which reduces your company's carbon footprint.
The safety of people and property on the factory premises is significantly improved by using an INDUROS compared to a manual process (especially with the aid of forklift trucks).
The INDUROS missions can start on an ad hoc or time-related basis, can be planned and are very reliable, e.g. via intra-logistics stations.

Innok customers use the INDUROS to move pallets, mesh boxes and even large waste containers on four wheels. The fully autonomous INDUROS driverless transport system (DTS) replaces the classic tugger train for many customers.
INDUROS
in action
The perfect factory is often depicted in photographs and images: a gleaming new building with nothing but smooth floors. However, the reality is quite different worldwide. Companies grow historically and usually consist of several halls (warehouse, pre-assembly, production) with outdoor areas. For Innok Robotics and INDUROS customers, this is finally no longer a problem.
