Innok Robotics can look back on an exceptionally successful financial year 2025.

Innok Robotics can look back on an exceptionally successful 2025 financial year. Incoming orders increased by 100 percent compared to the previous year. This growth was driven by projects with top international and industrial companies such as BASF, Bosch, ZF, SICK, Roche and ABB as well as other customers from the production, logistics, industrial, municipal, urban and green sectors.

In parallel to the strong order intake, Innok Robotics 2025 has created the key conditions for sustainable scaling: successful fundraising, presence at many leading trade fairs (including LogiMAT, Automatica and Hannover Messe) and the expansion of the partner network. A total of 12 system and integration partners were acquired to support Innok in sales, commissioning and service in the DACH region and other European countries.

Another focus was on innovations and the product portfolio: Innok implemented numerous further developments in the area of its own AI autonomy software Innok Cockpit in 2025 and introduced new vehicles for larger train loads to the market. This has further strengthened the company's position as a provider of practical mobile robotics for real industrial environments and market leader in the field of outdoor-capable AMR.

Outlook for 2026: Further massive growth, internationalization and expansion of the product family

Innok Robotics is planning its next major expansion steps for 2026. Following the records set in 2025, the aim is to double growth again and continue to drive forward scaling in existing markets. At the same time, Innok is preparing further expansion steps towards North America and other markets with a high affinity for robotics. On the product side, Innok will be presenting a firework of innovations in the field of software and hardware at LogiMAT in Stuttgart in March.

"2025 was a milestone for Innok. The doubling of our order intake shows that our solutions deliver real added value in demanding industrial environments. I am particularly proud of the fact that we have made such strong progress with fundraising, our partner network and product development at the same time. An ideal basis for igniting the next stage of growth in 2026.

This success is the result of hard work, high standards and strong collaboration. Innok Robotics would like to thank all customers, partners, investors and suppliers - and especially the Innok team, who delivered 2025 with speed, pragmatism and a focus on quality"
Alwin Heerklotz - Founder, CEO & CTO Innok Robotics
