Lunch & Learn - The Innok webinar: One year of autonomous casting with the RAINOS

How does an autonomous watering robot really change day-to-day work in a nursery? At the Innok Lunch & Learn on January 14, Blumen Busch from Radevormwald and Innok Robotics will give an open insight into a year of practical experience with the RAINOS.

Regular, reliable watering is the life insurance of every nursery and every tree nursery. At the same time, it ties up enormous time resources and is heavily dependent on personnel. Cemetery nurseries in particular are familiar with the balancing act between intensive watering work and all the other tasks that are just as important.

In the next Innok Lunch & Learn webinar, we will report on how this daily routine changes when an autonomous watering robot takes over:

Guests are:

  • Christian Ortmann, owner of Blumen Busch in Radevormwald and one of the first RAINOS users

  • Stefan Obser, RAINOS expert at Innok Robotics

Together they take an honest look at the first year with the autonomous watering robot.

In the webinar, we will address the following questions, among others:

  • How did the first year with the RAINOS go in the day-to-day business of Blumen Busch

  • How have employees taken to the robot

  • To what extent does the RAINOS relieve the team so that there is more time for value-adding activities again

  • How much does the watering robot pay off financially?

  • What are the most important lessons Blumen Busch has learned from twelve months of practical use

  • How the much-noticed TV shoot about the RAINOS came about and what this means for the public image

The webinar is primarily aimed at cemetery nurseries, garden centers, cities and municipalities and tree nurseries that are facing similar challenges: Staff shortages, increasingly hot summers, increasing customer demands and the desire for reliable, documentable quality when watering.
