Following its successful debut at IPM earlier this year, the time has finally come: The first models of the new generation of our RAINOS 2.0 autonomous casting robot are being delivered to our customers.

We’re bringing the next level of Physical AI directly to cemeteries and green spaces to address the shortage of skilled workers in a measurable and immediate way.

The RAINOS 2.0 has been consistently refined based on real-world feedback and delivers crucial upgrades for even greater process efficiency:

  • RAINOS Power Drive – Fast Propulsion in All Environments
Equipped with an extremely powerful drive system, the RAINOS masters even difficult terrain with ease. Slopes, uneven paths, or wet ground are absolutely no problem for the robust drive system. Thanks to the new, powerful motor, the robot can cover long distances at high speeds.

  • RAINOS MultiFlow – Flexible Irrigation
The heart of innovative irrigation. An extremely powerful pump and an intelligent valve system control, as standard, two specially adapted irrigation hoses or individual options such as irrigation lances or sprinklers. The system enables dynamic water flow rates and adapts precisely to the individual needs of the respective plants.

  • RAINOS ReverseGuard – Safe Reversing
The robot moves in all directions—omnidirectionally. It reverses out of narrow alleys. Here, safety is paramount in every direction. Special tactile sensors at the rear of the vehicle continuously monitor the area behind the robot. When reversing, the RAINOS stops immediately as soon as an obstacle is detected in its path.

  • RAINOS LiDAR Navigation and NightVision —Always Maximum Safety
Thanks to state-of-the-art LiDAR laser sensors, the robot features seamless object detection even in complete darkness. This guarantees maximum safety and absolutely error-free navigation during nighttime irrigation operations. The NightVision camera technology with night vision also allows for manual inspection of obstacles.

With these innovations, we relieve qualified gardeners even more effectively of monotonous watering routines, allowing them to focus on value-added tasks.
