The hardware makes INDUROS robust, but it is the software that makes it intelligent. The Innok Cockpit is the central brain of our robot fleet. It was not developed in a laboratory, but in tough practical use to solve real problems.

Physical AI: Mastering physical reality

At Innok, ‘Physical AI’ means that the software understands the physical conditions of the environment and masters them, creating the perfect digital twin of the robot. In the future, Physical AI will make it possible to learn dynamically, adapt to the environment and interact with it intelligently. Thanks to Innok Hybrid Navigation, the robot processes data from a wide variety of sensors simultaneously. The result: maximum reliability at all times. The robot finds its way precisely, whether on wet roads, slippery gravel or in narrow aisles. Where purely indoor systems come to a standstill, the INDUROS continues to operate safely.

Full control on every device: PC, tablet & smartphone Modern industrial software must adapt to the user, not the other way around. The Innok Cockpit is web-based and device-independent.

  • In the office: The logistics manager plans routes and monitors the fleet conveniently from their desktop PC.
  • In the warehouse: The forklift driver uses a robust tablet to manage orders.
  • On the road: The foreman can even quickly check the status of the robot or call it to a station via smartphone. No complicated software installation is necessary – a browser is all that is required. The user interface is so intuitive that new employees can work productively with the robot right away without lengthy training.

A key advantage for our customers is the fleet's update capability. The Innok Cockpit is a living platform. Features such as intelligent trailer detection and improved path planning algorithms are continuously being developed. This means that an INDUROS you buy today will be even more powerful tomorrow. Existing customers benefit directly from new AI features that can be rolled out to the fleet via OTA (over the air) software updates, maximising investment security and extending the range of functions beyond the lifetime of the hardware.

The modular Innok COCKPIT™ software is also ideally suited to your specific application: Whether fully autonomous driving, remote control or following people - it solves even difficult navigation tasks. Thanks to the intuitive user interface, the software can be used after a very short familiarisation period.

Thanks to the integrated Innok HYBRID NAVIGATION technology, different methods for vehicle localisation and control can be used within a mission. This means that you are no longer dependent on the advantages and disadvantages of a single navigation technology, but can use the optimum solution depending on your requirements.

With Innok ReMain remote maintenance, service, software updates and support for setting up and fault-free operation of our AMRs are raised to a previously unimaginable level: In no time at all, the experts from Innok Robotics will provide a time-saving, cost-efficient solution on your premises.

Unique position Innok Robotics

In order to achieve the best precision, reliability and usability Made-in-Germany, we have continuously developed and improved the proprietary code of our Innok COCKPIT™ autonomy software over the past 10 years and enriched it with powerful algorithms for a variety of AMR tasks. Through the interaction of technically high-quality mechanical components (power batteries, high-performance electric motors, sensors, 2D/3D scanners), we produce high-quality AMRs as one of the market leaders. Thanks to intelligent, AI-based sensor data fusion, our AMRs are also able to master complicated operating situations, including in outdoor areas (outdoor or all terrain) - fields in which we sometimes have a unique position (USP) worldwide. Mobile Innok robots localise themselves with an accuracy of 0.5 to 2 cm, depending on the requirements and the resulting navigation hardware.

Thanks to Innok COCKPIT™'s intuitive user interface, the system can be used efficiently by the user after a very short familiarisation period. Whether on a PC, tablet or smartphone, the robot can be tracked and controlled from almost any end device.

High-precision image data

Innok HYBRID NAVIGATION also includes high-precision image data. At Innok, we record this with a special scanner from Riegl. The data is captured visually and using a 3D lidar laser. This produces navigation data with extreme accuracy.
