Our project at Markgraf shows how modern automation creates real added value.
Here, the INDUROS takes over two complete processes on the factory premises - reliably, safely, completely autonomously and, thanks to the intuitive InnokCockpit automation software, accepted by all employees like a real colleague.
- In-plant parcel transportation
Previously, parcel services drove directly to the factory premises to deliver consignments to the respective recipients. Today, the INDUROS handles this transportation independently. From the central parcel entrance, it brings all deliveries safely and efficiently to the designated areas.
The result: significantly less external plant traffic and greater safety for employees and visitors.
- Provision of materials for construction sites
Markgraf has also automated the supply of construction site materials. Instead of long distances and unclear collection times, the robot now ensures just-in-time delivery.
With the help of our Innok Bay Control, the material is brought to the collection boxes autonomously. Employees can pick up their orders there flexibly and independently at any time. This saves time, reduces waiting times and optimizes the logistics processes throughout the plant and for the employees on site at the construction sites.

Innok Bay Control makes robotics as easy as operating a tablet. Using the intuitive touch interface, employees can effortlessly control the robot, select target points or start transports - without any special training.The Bay Control is directly connected to the InnokCockpit autonomy software and ensures clear processes, a high level of safety and fast familiarization. This makes automation accessible to everyone - uncomplicated, efficient and suitable for everyday use.
- Reverse Parking AI Pro - precise, autonomous reverse parking with trailers
Reverse Parking AI Pro enables the INDUROS to reverse park trailers autonomously and with pinpoint accuracy. Thanks to intelligent sensor fusion of LiDAR and the reverse parking sensor, the robot recognizes its surroundings in real time and manoeuvres safely - even in the tightest of spaces. The result: maximum precision, no manual maneuvering and significantly more efficiency in logistics.
The result is an impressive overall picture:
A single robot takes over central logistics tasks, increases safety and efficiency and integrates seamlessly into existing processes.
