How to join the Innok team

Recruitment interviews work best when they are based on mutuality. That's why we help you get to know us and get an idea of what your future role at Innok could look like.
We adapt to your schedule, regardless of your current employment status. We usually conduct an initial application and familiarisation interview via Microsoft Teams. At the second interview, you will visit us in Regenstauf, get to know Innok Robotics and we will dive into specific details and upcoming tasks of your position.
