Sales Manager - Field Sales (South Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen, or Rheinland-Pfalz) (m/f/d)

Who we are

Innok Robotics is one of the market and technology leaders in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). Our robots not only drive indoors, but also outdoors and multi-terrain - even in problematic ground conditions. Snow and rain are also no problem for our AMRs. 
We develop and produce advanced AMR solutions primarily for industrial and logistics companies, as well as numerous other sectors. Our customers include renowned companies such as Daimler, Hilti, e.on, Kali+Salz AG and Kubota. We are currently discussing AMR projects with BASF, ZF, BOSCH and Volvo, among others. 
In parallel to current successful, extensive venture capital growth financing, we are now looking for new motivated colleagues to expand our experienced sales team in order to further drive our scale-up, specifically our company growth of over 100% per year.

Your role

  • Proactive Consulting and Active Sales: As an automation specialist, you are motivated to build your own customer base, including through trade fair appearances (Logimat, Automatica, Hannover Messe), and sell our AMRs primarily to our customers in the logistics industry and green sector (gardeners).

  • Project Responsibility: You will take full responsibility for your customers and projects, from preparing quotations to implementation.

  • Team Support: You will actively contribute to the sales team, share your expertise, and, with the support of experienced colleagues, help us achieve our sales goals together as a team.

  • Customer Loyalty: You will maintain your existing customer base and gain new business partners through ongoing, targeted independent acquisition. As the central interface between our customers and the Innok Robotics organization, you will be the main point of contact in the field.

What sets you apart

  • You live in southern North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, or Rhineland-Palatinate, and you are willing to travel to present our AMRs to interested parties (demos).

  • You have relevant experience consulting for start-ups or scale-ups, or selling technical products that require explanation.

  • Ideally, you have a strong network in intralogistics, green industries, irrigation, inspection and surveillance, or general automation technology.

  • You are passionate about robotics (AMRs, cobots, and industrial robots), digitalization, and automation.

  • You have a hunter/closer mentality and excel at negotiations and closing deals.

  • You have a structured and goal-oriented approach to work, as well as initiative, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to work in a team.

  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
