Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

Who we are

Innok Robotics is one of the market and technology leaders in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). Our robots not only drive indoors, but also outdoors and multi-terrain - even in problematic ground conditions. Snow and rain are also no problem for our AMRs. 
We develop and produce advanced AMR solutions primarily for industrial and logistics companies, as well as numerous other sectors. Our customers include renowned companies such as Daimler, Hilti, e.on, Kali+Salz AG and Kubota. We are currently discussing AMR projects with BASF, ZF, BOSCH and Volvo, among others. 
In parallel to current successful, extensive venture capital growth financing, we are now looking for new motivated colleagues to expand our experienced sales team in order to further drive our scale-up, specifically our company growth of over 100% per year.

Your role

  • Support the development and implementation of sales and growth strategies.

  • Identify new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

  • Analyze customer requirements and market trends in robotics and automation.

  • Preparing presentations, offers, and decision documents

  • Supporting the acquisition of new customers and management of existing customer relationships

  • Pre-qualifying leads for the field sales team

  • Coordinate between the sales, marketing, and technical departments.

  • Participate in trade fairs, customer visits, and industry events.

  • Maintain CRM systems and prepare reports.

What sets you apart

  • You proactively approach potential customers by phone, email, or at trade fairs and quickly recognize whether our solutions offer real added value.

  • Cold calling is not a barrier for you; rather, it is a skill you are eager to learn and improve upon continuously.

  • You have a completed degree in a business or technical field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics/mechatronics, etc.).

  • You have initial practical experience in business development, sales, or an industrial environment (e.g., internships, working student positions, or first professional experience).

  • You have a basic understanding of robotics and automation solutions, as well as a strong interest in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).

  • An analytical and structured way of working that includes the ability to assess market and customer requirements in a well-founded manner and to creatively approach C-level decision-makers.

  • You are confident in your use of MS Excel and PowerPoint for creating presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • You possess a hands-on mentality, initiative, and enjoy working closely with the sales, marketing, and development teams.

  • You have business-fluent German and English skills and a confident, professional demeanor when dealing with customers and partners.
